Q: Are they plug and play?
A: Yes, the cigarette lighter plug can be plug and play. And the back of the floor mat is equipped with 3M double-sided tape for pasting installation.
Q: Are they OEM floor mats (factory floor mats)?
A: NO, they are interior ambient light covering the original floor mat, aka “floor mat atmosphere light”. It is universal fit and fixed measurement, so there is no need to worry about whether it is suitable for your car.
Q: How many packages will the floor mat deliver?
A: Due to the carrier’s shipping policy, floor mats will send by two packages. If you receive one package first, which means the second package will arrive soon, please don’t worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service!
